Hotel La Java Bleue - Kampot

Loved having AC, a fridge, and coffee/tea setup in the room. the location was perfect, not too far from Bokor Mountain! 😊

The stay in this recently refurbished and truly exceptional hotel was really lovely and we would use them next time. Stayed here for 2 days, liked the venue, it was fairly clean with amazing and fantastic location right in the centre of the old town...

Outstanding food for breakfast.

Wonderful small hotel with nicely styled and immaculately clean rooms. Accommodating super friendly staff. - Marvelous location close to the riverside. - Very close to a range of other restaurants and the caves.

Hotel Java Bleue is in a great location, right in the center of Kompot about a short block up from the river front where all of the restaurants and bars are. The staff was friendly enough and the room was clean and comfortable.

The internet there was very poor. We could not get our brand new computers online which has not been a problem at any other hotels in south asia (many). The staff was unconcerned and even showed us that their computer in the lobby had service so therefore it was our fault/problem that our computers had limited or no connectivity. My girlfriends phone wouldn't even work so we had to use my Iphone 4s the whole time to log on and even that was off and on again. We would not have paid 40 dollars a night for a hotel with no wireless in the room regardless of how nice everything else was which is reflected in my poor rating in the value for money category.

Chinese room at top was very quiet and comfy.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf! De kamer was schoon en goed ingericht met een comfortabel bed. Het hotel had goede faciliteiten, zoals een goed werkende en stille airco. Het ontbijt was natuurlijk prima, met de mogelijkheid om buiten op het terras te zitten. Gelukkig was er bewaakte parkeergelegenheid en was het inchecken vlot geregeld. De ligging van het hotel was perfect, dichtbij enkele restaurantjes, een winkelcentrum en het centrum van de stad.

The hotel is charming and the food at the sister hotel is really excellent. The staff are wonderful and I would recommend a stay here. Kompot is a lovely town and a trip down the river is a must .

A great selection of good options for a meal. Well presented and themed hotel unit with a nice sunny balcony. - Convenient location for our needs, just next door to a shop selling crafts handmade by the local handicaped, run by a fabulous young woman named Sopua who dreams big and will go far.

Almost everything! Excellent food, owner, staff, rooms and wifi.

Just one thing: mosquito nets would increase comfort at night.

Beautifully restored colonial house with amazing rooms, at least the one we stayed in. Even though the room is quite small the interior design is stylish and functional. It is something different, and if you are in to arts and design this is absolutely the choice. Nothing too fancy but cosy and comfortable.

This place is conveniently located in the heart of town and offers a peaceful ambiance with well-designed rooms featuring bathtubs.

An absolutely lovely place where to stay in Kampot!!! We stayed in the chinese room (under the roof):what a gorgeous room!!!! The staff is so nice and the breakfast good. Great fish barbecue in the evening made by the owner himself(great choice of fresh fish, tasty and cheap)!!!We definitely enjoyed it!

The French colonial style of the building was excellent.We stayed in the Khmer room and the fittings and furnishings were also excellent. Staff very friendly and amenable to our needs.
